Our goal is to empower individuals by fostering self-determination, confidence, and recognition as valued members of their communities.

WICS (Winder Inclusive Communities Service) is a service that enables adults with disabilities to build meaningful relationships and create fulfilling lives.
Model of Practice
WICS is a non-profit organization that uses a mobile team approach to provide personalized, flexible support. We focus on customer-directed services, encouraging active participation in citizenship and the development of meaningful relationships. Planning is done collaboratively with individuals, ensuring goals are regularly reviewed and adapted to meet their evolving needs.
The organization’s aim is to work with individuals and families to help them become active, engaged members of their community.

WICS operates with a person-centered, non-facility-based approach, prioritizing individual advocacy, wellness, and safety. Our staff are committed to supporting people in creative ways, focusing on belonging and citizenship.
